Week one exercise and playlist

So we want to be able to help you find some fun new easy and tougher routines. Here is one that maybe a little bit tough in a couple things but its still a pretty quick routine and you can do it in 10 mins.
We have provided links to some of the exercise you may not be familiar with.

Try doing this routine.

50 Jumping jacks
5 Pushups
20 Crunches
20 mountain climbers
30 Second plank
7 burpees

We also Wanted to give you this Pretty and fun exercise chart to paste into your journal to record your success. To make you feel happy about writing down what you are accomplishing. To know we are right there with you!
