Food products

Here are some awesome food products that I've recently discovered.  They're all so delicious and healthy!

Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus
Sabra is the best hummus I have tried.  They have lots of different kinds to try, my favorite just happens to be the roasted pine nuts.  It's just 80 calories for 2 tablespoons.  You can pair this with celery, carrots, pretzel chips or spread it on a sandwich.

Aidells
I have two products from Aidells that I love.  The first is their Roasted Garlic & Gruyere Cheese Smoked Chicken Sausages.  Just 190 calories for 1 link and it is delicious.  You just fry them up in a frying pan for about 10 minutes and you're done.  My favorite is their Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Meatballs.  Just 130 calories for 3 meatballs.  I microwave a single portion for about 3 minutes and they are so yummy!  You can have both of these items with a salad and side of veggies and it makes a great low calorie meal.

Chobani Greek Yogurt
I'm not a big yogurt fan but I recently tried a non-fat Chobani greek yogurt and it was really good.  I've tried the blood orange, peach, lemon and vanilla and they're all really good.  They're around 120-140 calories each and they're great as a snack or pair it with some cut up fruit, like strawberries for breakfast.

Frigo Light String Cheese
These are a great snack - only 60 calories each and a good source of calcium.

Triscuits Rosemary & Olive Oil & Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
I love these two together for a great snack.  You can have 6 Triscuit crackers for 120 calories and they have lots of great flavors to choose from.  I love love love Laughing Cow cheese too.  My favorite is the light garlic and herb, 1 wedge is only 35 calories.  These little wedges can be added to eggs or melted into a sauce to put over pasta.

Thomas' Bagel Thins
Another favorite item for breakfast or lunch, one bagel thin is 110 calories.  I really love the everything and cinnamon raisen flavors.  For breakfast, I like to put some Laughing Cow cheese and a slice of tomato on the bagel thin and for lunch, I usually make a sandwich with them.

VitaTops
OmG these are so delicious, if you love chocolate try the Deep Chocolate ones for just 100 calories each.  They have a lot of different types of muffins and varieties and you can find them in the freezer section of your grocery store.

Guiltless Gourmet Veggie Burgers
My aunt just bought these from QVC and she gave me 2 of each flavor to try.  They come in original, Southwestern and Asian Sensation.  They're 150 calories each and so yummy.  I've only tried the asian flavor so far and I love it.  I put some teriyaki sauce on it and had some green beans on the side, it made a great meal.
